Our responsibility to you, our customer, begins the moment an order is received by our sales department. By using advanced technology and computerized accounting procedures, we make every effort to see that your requirements are satisfactorily met and the order is shipped on time with the necessary documentation.

Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. However, our shop operations open at 7:00 a.m. in order to meet a rigorous production schedule. We can also receive your quotation requests and orders 24 hours a day on our fax line or through the Internet.
